Wi-Fi speakers that are compatible with Apple’s AirPlay wireless audio technology are gradually expected to come down in price this year after coming out of the gate in 2011 with lofty price tags that scared a lot of consumers away. Case in point: iHome’s $199 iW2 speaker with AirPlay, which the company says will begin shipping April 1. This unit is about 25 percent smaller than last year’s iHome iW1 ($299); it measures 5.83 by 10.52 by 3.03 inches (HWD). In many regards it’s similar to the iW1, but it does not feature a built-in rechargeable battery like the iW1 does. This model is powered by an AC adapter and includes a remote. iHome touts the fact that you can plug a dock into the iW2 via the USB port on the back and charge your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, though no dock is provided. Alternatively, you can simply charge your Apple mobile device with the standard iPhone/iPad charging/synching cable. That’s a nice feature. Later this year iHome will release the iW3 and iW4 AirPlay units. The iW3 is a vertical, more cylindrically shaped speaker; the iW4 follows the same design as iHome’s iPad/iPhone clock radio docks. Both units are expected to cost around $200 and ship this spring.

It a relatively new BlackBerry PlayBook concept tablet, actually called PlayBook 3.0 and created by Crackberry user ummie4. We’re dealing here with a very original slate, a clamshell one, that also involves a keyboard. The famous kvertifonah typing and working with email much easier than on a Tablet PC. To overcome this contradiction is a new concept called BlackBerry PlayBook 3.0.
Unlike the original PlayBook, the concept is made in the form factor laptop. The top panel is placed a full-sized screen diagonal of 5.7 inches, and placed on the bottom of the display is smaller and the two halves separated by a mechanical layout is really handy for typing. Above the keyboard halves are small trackpads, and the touchpad performs the function of the touch screen. It also provides access to advanced features of multi-tasking.

In ADR Studio developed the concept of the modern version of Polaroid camera called Socialmatic. Instagram is one of the top app in the chart which have been downloaded by millions of users worldwide. What they’ve come up with is a flat, touch screen camera with a built in printer, social networking capabilities and 16GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with four built-in printer cartridges for quick photo printing, 4.3-inch touch screen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, optical zoom, LED flash, and a pair of lenses – for conventional and 3D-shooting.
In theory, the camera would spit out photos from a small printer located at the side, but there would also be a large digital screen that would allow you to interact with the app using the social features of Instagram. As an added bonus, all pictures taken with the camera would feature a QR code that would allow other users to scan them and follow that user instantly. It is a brilliant concept. Concise and simple design of the phone of the future offered to the designer with a funny name for our latitude, Patrick Loh. Its development is designed for those who love innovation, but prefers not to spend time studying dozens of new functions and features of the device. Therefore Gigaset coeval L226 is positioned as a mobile phone for athletes, and its main feature – the ability to attach to clothing of the owner. Phone on the clip – that’s concise and brief description of the conceptual gadget that draws it unobtrusive and discreet appearance. The clip, which is located behind Gigaset coeval L226 can bind to a pocket or sleeve, collar or lapel of clothing, while the owner is engaged in sports, jogging, or walking to the shops. Respond to incoming calls or make outgoing and you can without touching the phone, headset, and even this is not required.
An additional plus an unusual concept – putting the device to charge on a special stand, something like a docking station, you can get enough of suitable digital watch. A powerful, high-quality speaker turns the phone into a portable media player for music, that music fans will appreciate. That’s just, unfortunately, it’s just a concept, and when it goes into production, not reported.
