For 13 consecutive years Coca-cola has topped Interbrand’s “Best Global Brands” report and for the first time in history, there is a new #1 brand…Apple. Interbrand, publishes it’s “Best Global Brands” report on an annual basis, showcasing the top 100 most valuable global brands. This year Apple claims the top position, Google jumps to #2 and Coca-Cola moves to #3.
Apple first appeared on Interbrand’s “Best Global Brands” ranking in 2000, debuting at #36. Apple has made history by unseating Coca-Cola and becoming Interbrand’s most valuable global brand of 2013.
